At Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly, we strive to create a seamless and rejuvenating spa experience for you. To help us ensure your visit is smooth and enjoyable, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment to ensure our next guest can begin their experience on time. Your treatment time includes your consultation, collection from the waiting area, and the full duration of your hands-on treatment.

We recommend booking any additional treatments in advance to avoid disappointment, though we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests on the day of your visit.

For your convenience, parking is available behind the hotel (M1 2AD) at a rate of £15 for up to 8 hours, payable at the main hotel reception.

Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking. We have a 7-day amendment policy for all spa bookings, and cancellations within this period are non-refundable, as per the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase. For third-party vouchers, please check the validity dates, as extensions beyond the expiration date are not permitted.

Our spa days and breaks are exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Upon entering the spa, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, as other guests may be enjoying their treatments.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Our treatment rooms, manicure areas, products, and touchpoints are thoroughly sanitized to maintain the highest hygiene standards. We ask that you complete a medical consultation form prior to your treatment. If you have a severe medical condition, have had surgery in the last six months, or have specific health concerns such as allergies, cancer, or pregnancy, we strongly recommend consulting your GP before your appointment.

Please note that guests who are under 12 weeks pregnant are not eligible for massage or facial treatments; however, we will gladly offer an alternative. All treatments are subject to your medical status, and in the interest of your health, we reserve the right to modify or refuse treatments if necessary. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

While enjoying the spa, please observe the designated dry and wet areas, and refer to the signs in the changing rooms. Swimwear is required in the thermal area, and wet swimsuits are not permitted in the lounge and spa treatment areas. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and to protect the privacy of all our guests, cameras and phones are not allowed in the changing rooms or thermal suite.

We kindly ask that you remove your towel from loungers when not in use; any left towels will be removed by our staff. For your safety, no glassware is allowed in the changing rooms or thermal facilities, and we recommend removing jewelry while using the spa amenities.

Lastly, for your comfort and privacy, please ensure that swimwear or underwear is worn during your treatment.
