We do ask that you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment time.
If you are not able to arrive on time, we ask that you contact us. Arriving late may mean that your treatment time is shortened. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest will not be delayed.
Please note that your treatment time specified includes collection from the waiting area, your
consultation along with your 'hands-on' treatment time.
If we have availability on the day, we will happily book in your extra treatments, however, we would suggest you book extra treatments before your visit to avoid disappointment.
There is parking available at the back of the hotel (M1 2AD) this is chargeable at the main hotel reception - £15 up to 8hours parking.
At the time of booking we do require full payment, Please note that we operate a 7 day amendment policy to any Spa booking. Any cancellations past this are strictly non-refundable, subject to the terms and conditions agreed at the point of purchase. For any third party or vouchers, please check individual vouchers for validity dates. These cannot be extended past the point of expiry.
For spa days and breaks you must be at least 18 years old.
When entering the spa reception please be aware that there will be other spa guests within the area and having treatments therefore we do ask that you keep loud noises to a minimum.
The spa reception, treatment rooms, manicure areas, products and touchpoints are sanitised to ensure that the strictest hygiene standards are upheld.
We do ask you to complete a medical consultation form prior to your treatment however if you have had or are currently suffering from any severe medical conditions, we strongly advise you to seek medical advice from your GP prior to your appointment.
We would also strongly advise guests who have had surgery within the last 6 months, have concerns regarding allergies, have had cancer or undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy, have had a stroke, any guests who are pregnant or have any medical conditions that may effect your treatment to contact us prior to your arrival
Any guests that are under 12 weeks pregnant are not able to have massage or facial treatments and an alternative treatment will be offered.
All treatments booked and treatment time are subject to medical status, if necessary for the clients health we reserve the right to refuse treatments if we feel it is not in the best interest of the client. We will endeavour to offer an alternative treatment to the client if any risk is presented by the medical consultation feedback.
Please be aware of the designated dry and wet areas.
Please review the signs in the changing rooms.
Swimwear is required to be worn in the thermal area.
No wet swimming costumes in lounge and spa treatment areas.
No smoking on the premises.
No cameras and no phones in the changing rooms and Thermal suite.
Please remove your towel from the lounger when you are not using it. Towels left will be removed.
No glassware to be taken into the changing rooms or Thermal facilities.
We would advise no jewellery to be worn whilst using the facilities.
Please ensure swimwear or underwear is worn during your treatment.
